Malena has been a Registered Massage Therapist for over six years. She began her career working in multidisciplinary and massage-focused clinics throughout the Lower Mainland of British Columbia before relocating to Alberta in 2023.

Malena takes a client-centred approach to treatment, tailoring each session to the individual’s needs and goals. Her treatments incorporate therapeutic and relaxation massage, deep tissue techniques, fascial stretching, and trigger point release. After getting my diploma, I wanted to continue my education with hopes to have a better understanding of injuries and other conditions. I graduated from Mount Royal University with a Bachelor in Health and Physical Education, majoring in Athletic Therapy and became fully Certified. I have a background in strength and conditioning and personal training. I have worked with athletes of all levels starting from U13 to collegiate and professionals, and have also worked with the general population of all ages.

I want to ensure that I make genuine connections and build healthy relationships with my clients to foster positive clinic experience. I recognize that every individual experiences pain differently, which is why I believe a personalized approach is essential in identifying the root cause of their concerns.
